Regardless of the number of products ordered, our worldwide shipping charge is a flat rate of \3,000 (Excluding Japan).
International shipments are sent through EMS.
The shipping charge includes packaging costs.

Wig size alterations will be completed for a charge of \3,000 for both Size S (50-53 cm, 19.7-20.9 in) and Size L (58-61 cm, 22.8-24 in).
Ordinarily, all products will be delivered in Size M (54-57 cm, 21.3-22.4 in).

Because wigs are delicate products and cannot be sent to another customer after having been shipped once, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We are sorry, but please refrain from asking for returns or exchanges simply because the wig doesn't suit you.
If we were to experience stock loss, we would not be able to maintain mail order sales at this price level, so we would ask for your kind cooperation in this regard.

However, in cases where there is clearly too little hair on the wig,or where the wrong wig has been shipped,please contact our store within one week of receiving the wig.
In these cases, we will take proper responsibility and deal with the problem.

Please note that wigs are high-fashion products and are produced with improvements from year to year; thus, wigs ordered one or two years ago may be different from those currently being produced.

As our wigs are almost completely handmade rather than machine produced, when the maker of the wigs at the factory changes, there are occasionally some changes in the wigs produced.
However, this is an issue that arises at the factory, not in terms of our distribution. Therefore, we request strict quality control from the factory.
