Extensions (FPW, MPW) are approximately 30 cm (11.8 in) wide and 60 cm (23.6 in) long. They come in sets of three.
Point wigs (W1H, MH2) are approximately 5 cm (2 in) wide and 13 cm (5.1 in) long (17 cm (6.7 in) with curls extended).
How do you match the colors of a wig and an extension?
Please select products with the same color and material.
(For example, for FST-30-4/BL select FPW-4/BL or WIH-4BL. For MFST-40-4/B select MPW-4/B or MH2-4/B.)
Ponytail wigs (DST) are all made with new fiber, so please select a new material wig to go with them.
After ordering, how long will it be until the wig is delivered?
It depends on the delivery destination and whether or not the item is in stock, but typically delivery will be around three to seven days after ordering.
Items will not be shipped on Sundays or Japanese national holidays.
How can I find out about the status of my shipment?
After ordering, the second message sent from our company will contain your item number and contact point. Please check this at the EMS tracking service webpage below.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us by email or telephone as soon as possible after placing your order.

Can I exchange or return my order?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, because we cannot sell products which have already been purchased.
